Seeking a professional, quick, Private PA (must have 3 years Private PA experience, having worked for HNW) to work for VIP client in small private, family run office. Responsible for ever-changing, complex diary, international travel, hotel bookings, overseeing guests and all office admin etc. Must have an excellent knowledge of London restaurants, able to make recommendations/bookings. Ideally suit very well presented, highly efficient, discreet, accurate PA. Required to work Monday - Friday 9,30am - 5pm daily, but be on call.
Ideally suit confident Private PA with excellent written skills, based near Kew/Brentford/Richmond area. Free car parking space available. Immediate start. 40K maximum salary provided.
