A Global property investment company based in the heart of the city is looking for an enthusiastic EA to work in the Executive office.
THE ROLE:
Excellent diary management is a must. Confidence and assertiveness is a pre-requisite for this role, as you will be dealing with people at all levels and the ability to think on your feet is paramount.
You will need to be educated to Degree level; experience in property or finance would be ideal. However, what will be most important is your ability to remain cool, calm and professional whilst working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Enthusiasm and drive are equally important, as well as commitment and the ability to think outside the box. Excellent MS office skills are required.

- Dealing with all correspondence,
- Booking meeting rooms,
- All administrative tasks,
- Dealing with staff expenses,
- Setting up and taking notes in meetings,
- Dealing with staff absences
