Our client is a leader in this market and has been running for over 20 years, with offices around the globe. They are approximately 40 strong in their London office and keep on adding to the team. Although the company has been running for a long time, you will still enjoy a start-up feel as soon as you walk-in. They have a fantastic culture and everyone there is very collaborative and friendly.
As an Office Manager, you will be the go to person for anything that happens behind the scenes but also be the real face of the company. From making sure that the office is running smoothly to answering both customers and clients’ queries, you will interact with everyone. An exciting part of your role will also SEE YOU assisting with internal events. You will also be looking after Health & Safety and any possible office moves and building projects. Therefore, we need someone who has previously dealt with facilities and liaised with external suppliers.
You will be a great team builder and a real problem solver with previous experience working in a similar role.
