MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage incoming sales enquiries and ensure that they are dealt with promptly.
2. Supporting the sales team with the preparation of quotes and proposals
3. Ensure all subscription renewal reports are accurate and support the sales team to ensure renewals are completed accurately.
4. Prepare subscription contracts and manage the distribution to and from clients
5. Work with and assist the procurement & provisioning team where needed.
6. Look to improve the sales processes where ever possible
7. Produce accurate weekly sales performance & pipeline reports
8. Co-ordinate client meetings for the sales team where needed.
9. Updating the CRM application to ensure prospect data lists are accurate and correctly formatted
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. Experience within the technology services sector
2. Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing & business administration or a related subject
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
4. Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of the customer
5. Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
6. Able to work individually as well as part of a team
7. Good time management and planning skills
8. Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail
