Are you an incredibly organised, confident and vibrant Office Manager/ Personal Assistant with fantastic Excel skills? Experience working within smaller sized Private Equity, Consultancy or Financial based Institutions? Then this role with a leading firm based in the heart of Soho will be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Requirements for this role include but are not limited to:

- A great energy with a drive to succeed
- Experience within a smaller corporate environment
- Diary Management
- Exposure to booking International and Domestic travel
- Ability to take briefs, advise on contracts, and agree to deadlines with team members
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of an organisation
- A background in Private Equity, Finance or other Professional Services
- A passion to thrive on new challenges
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
- Ability to be hands – on with Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate for the role will possess the following:
- A great energy, and a proactive, confident nature
- Experience with smaller sized office
- Experience within Private Equity, Finance or Professional Services
- Diary management
- Travel booking both International and Domestic
- The ability to be highly flexible
- Calm under pressure and adept at handling a multitude of tasks
- Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure, and ability to take initiative
