Senior Administrator (Expenses) - Watford - £26,000
A fantastic opportunity working for our client who is leading in Financial Services.
The successful candidate will need to be familiar with HM Customs and Inland Revenue legislation on tax deductible expenditure.
The Role:
* Deal with incoming internal and external correspondence and telephone calls
* Reviewing Expense claims thoroughly bringing any inconsistencies to the managers attention
* Daily report checks
* Must have good excel, word, intranet, outlook, SAP and Help line call logging systems
* Able to communicate with people at all levels of business
* Filing/Archiving expense reports
* Meeting tight deadlines and provide support to the team when necessary
The skills
* Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
* Build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
* Experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment
* 5 GCSEs/'O' Levels or equivalent at grades A-C including English and Maths
* Efficient organisation skills, with a very high degree of accuracy and an ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload
