Do you love setting up systems and a varied role?

Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to come and join their new global team close to Paddington.

The company are already world leaders in their industry worldwide and are now setting up their London HQ in a couple of weeks.

The role and duties are going to be varied and busy.

50% of your responsibility will be the Office Management inc setting up systems, purchasing equipment , sourcing and organising suppliers, bringing the global offices processes to the London office. The office will have 50 to 60 employees joining them from the other offices worldwide. You need to have a great knowledge of London inc locations, restaurants, hotels, theatres etc.

The other 50% of the role will be using your PA skills assisting the CEO and possibly other senior board members with diary, travel, visas, expenses and booking meetings etc.

The ideal candidate needs to be resourceful, have a good network of contacts, extremely organised and be a problem solver. If you need a structured day this might be the wrong role for you. If you are a born organiser and like a role starting from scratch you will love this job.
