Graduate PA -- London- New York Consultancy

Global consultancy that is London and NY based is looking for a graduate PA with circa 1 years experience. The ideal candidate should be looking for a busy and hands on role within a boutique environment.

Duties:

*Alongside the EA to the MD, fully support the Chairman and Senior Advisor and
Partner
*Extensive diary management for both the MD and Chairman
*Assist consultants with various research based tasks
*Keep the company database updated
*Assist the EA with expense reports for the team in London and New York
*Manage the inventory of kitchen supplies, stationary etc.
*Ensure the office runs smoothly, including mitigating any interruptions to daily
business tasks
*Be aware of all meetings taking places each day and week
*Represent the company in a polite and professional manner
*Prepare documents for all meetings both internal and external
*Be responsive to supporting the whole team, including the office in New York
*Manage and distribute financial mapping for weekly internal meetings

Candidate Profile:

*Graduate with 1 years' experience in a similar role would be beneficial b
*Excellent spoken and written English with impeccable phone manner
*Confident in using all Microsoft packages including Outlook
*Experience with Excel in particular
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Hard working, reliable and committed
*Ability to be adaptable and responsive
*Open and communicative manner
