Telephone Based Customer Service Advisor

Chelmsford, Essex

3 Month Initial Contract - £8.83per hour

Our global insurance and pensions client currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer driven individual to join the Chelmsford office on an initial 3-month contract. This will be a varied role with involvement within client communication, administration and sales.

About you:

  • A confident, enthusiastic work manner
  • Basic understanding of insurance industry
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objection professionally
