Salary: £45,000 – 60,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior EA to join a professional team to support two busy Principals based from their offices in Central London.
Your role will be to keep both the personal and professional lives of the two Principals organised and running seamlessly on a daily basis. You will be contracted to work 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, and be on-call outside of office hours for urgent requests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience either as a Senior EA supporting a high net worth individual. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so someone with an unflappable, service orientated and efficient manner is imperative. You will be detail orientated and a fantastic multi-tasker.

Duties;
- Meeting preparation
- Answer the intercom and direct visitors and couriers when necessary
- Filtering phone calls on behalf of the Principals
- Adhoc errands
- Personal shopping
- Diary management and correspondence
- Personal RSVPs and scheduling appointments
- Preparing invitations and any required documents when requested
- Arranging personal travel including all holidays within the UK and overseas
- Business meetings/travel logistics and arrangements
- Management of the Principals two properties
- Liaise with household staff in respect of any matters relating to the children
- Filing and maintenance for both personal and household accounts
- Managing personal bank accounts including all household and personal bill payments
- Maintenance of budget spreadsheets and financial record keeping
- Liaise with the in-house finance department
- Business calls/email correspondence on behalf of the Principals
- Filing of all personal and business paperwork
- Liaise with the office management team and relevant staff when necessary
- Arrange event travel transportation
- Assist with the organisation of internal events
To be considered for this role you must;
- Be fluent in English Language with excellent communication skills
- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working as an EA at a senior level
