If you can answer a resounding yes, we have an exciting customer service role within a luxury furniture brand based in West London, with stunning offices and a fabulous on site training centre.

They are looking for someone with a passion for service, with retail experience preferred from any industry.

You will be starting the journey with the customer as their first point of contact, requiring energy and a willing to help attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• To have a passion for the brand and product.
• Ensuring you provide the best customer experience at all times.
• Ensuring that the customer message is kept on-brand at all times.
• Ensuring all customer communication is of the highest standard.
• Ensure you have excellent product knowledge at all times.

Full onsite training will be given, with room to progress within this creative, forward thinking brand.

This role will require weekend work.
