A leading professional services firm is looking for an Internal Staffing Coordinator. This is a highly demanding position in a fast-paced, professional services environment. It would suit someone from a Recruitment or Project Co-ordination background who enjoys a multi-dimensional role with breadth, ownership and responsibility.
 
They are looking for a highly motivated individual with superb interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a number of key stakeholders throughout the European and North American business.
 
The role is integral to ensure the smooth running of the business, ensuring the projects are staffed with the best talent available from their internal network.
 
Staffing co-ordinator duties:
 

  • Support the staffing of projects across Europe and North America
  • Managing the process by finalising dates, ensuring suitable resources are available and manging information flow
  • Understand and track pipeline of potential projects, managing the inputs from Finance, CRM system and Partners
  • Understand and track the capacity the teams in UK, coordinating inputs from various information sources
  • Work with the resourcing Management team to identify and address potential staffing capacity issues
  • Process sales notifications and running weekly reports
  • Data Management and Reporting - Maintain resource planning database and take responsibility for the accuracy of its records
  • Develop and maintain the pipeline tracking information
  • Develop and maintain the consultant information
  • Co-ordinate the production of weekly consultant availability lists and keep these up to date throughout the week
  • Operational support -Track mobility for UK staff and work with HR to administer visas
  • Manage Holiday carry over and compliance

 
Ideally looking for someone strategic but also can work at tremendous pace, who is highly organised with strong communication skills. Ideally 2-3 years’ work experience in a professional services firm or in resource management. Must have excellent IT skills in particular Excel.
