A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and experienced individual to join a fast growing and thriving Executive Search Firm. 

You will be an autonomous and approachable Office Manager who can contribute to the collaborative nature of the business in order to deliver an exceptional Office Manager service

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the office for anything related to suppliers, maintenance and equipment
  • Meeting and greeting all guests
  • Scheduling a high volume of meetings for the office 
  • Raising purchase orders, expense claims and arranging invoices
  • Managing contractor and supplier relationships 
  • Screening and directing phone calls 
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents 
  • Organising company socials and events
  • Office administration and direct support to the CEO.

You must be available immediately for this position as interviews will take place next week.
