KMK are extremely excited to be working with a Management Consulting firm who provide advanced technology operations, communications and data for the financial services.

As a HR Administrator you will predominantly be responsible for undertaking all payroll and benefits related administration including liaison with the online benefits company, and Payroll service for the UK staff. This role will also involve payroll admin relating to the overseas companies!

You will be responsible for payroll admin, managing the leavers’ process, ensure benefits are paid on time, responding to and resolving payroll queries, arranging new hire benefits presentations, maintaining records, reconciling monthly pensions, producing payroll reports, and other HR/Payroll related tasks. It is imperative that you have great time management and key attention to detail!

The ideal candidate must possess a flexible attitude, be a good team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with key senior staff. You must also feel confident working on Microsoft, especially Excel!
