A highly motivated, talented and committed Executive PA with perfect fluency in English and Italian to mother tongue level is required to provide a high standard of comprehensive administrative support to very busy board member of a global, blue-chip organisation.
You will be their right-hand man/women; ensuring that all administrative matters are treated in a timely and confidential manner to the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and accuracy whilst ensuring this Senior VP is kept abreast of their ever-changing schedules and itineraries. Your main responsibilities will be in line with the traditional responsibilities of an executive PA (inbox and diary management, coordinating complex international travel itineraries, meetings across multiple time zones) and becoming involved with company projects making this a fantastic opportunity for an Italian speaking PA/EA to hit the ground running in a global, ever-changing, multinational environment whilst ensuring that all administrative matters are treated in a timely and confidential manner to the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and accuracy.
This Executive PA role requires a business savvy, forward thinking and resourceful PA/EA with a strong work ethos and experience supporting a Senior Director/ Chairman/ Board member / CEO/ C-level of a global, multinational organisation. You will also need to be perfectly fluent in English and Italian to mother tongue level and possess first class communication skills! Fluency in French is highly desirable but not essential.

Profile

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English to mother tongue level
  • Additional fluent written and spoken French would be desirable
  • Extensive PA/Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant/ EA/Team Assistant/Business Assistant /Management Assistant experience
  • Extensive experience supporting a Senior Director/ Chairman/ Board member / CEO/ C-level of a global, multinational organisation
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced, corporate, global, multinational environment
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and Stakeholders
  • Discrete and trustworthy; able to handle business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines in a highly demanding and ever-changing environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethos
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Adaptable, flexible and dedicated approach to work
  • Self-motivated, committed and able to work well independently
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes, handle multiple tasks, and prioritise
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
