Customer Service Advisor

A leader in the Fintech industry is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity within a start up to join their team to ensure best possible user experience. The successful candidate will be outgoing, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and preferably have experience within financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving incoming questions from incoming users via email
• Assisting with document support issues and contribute to knowledge base (Zendesk)
• Acting as a bridge between our user operations, product, and engineering teams on product issues and bug resolution
• Monitoring social media channels on Twitter/Reddit and Facebook and make sure users receive prompt and amazing customer service
• Supporting community and marketing efforts in the company's technology scene.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years administration experience with customer or technical support, a plus if you've used ZenDesk before
• Passion for creating a positive user experience that is responsive and organised
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment with great follow through on tasks.
• Ability to work one weekend day (with one weekday off)
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
