Join a luxury retail environment as Customer Service Assistant.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for handling all customer queries that come through the website as well as managing a busy inbox, responding to emails and talking to customers over the phone. This is a lovely role for someone who loves providing excellent customer service and can bring great energy to the team! The ideal candidate will be customer focused, a good communicator, and someone who takes pride in their work, to ultimately offer customers an unrivalled shopping experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • To fully understand, actively engage with and positively promote the brand ethos and product in every aspect of their role. 
  • Ensuring the most positive & professional representation of the brand at all times. 
  • Answering all customer calls and e-mails in a timely manner, maintaining a polite and positive tone of voice and consistent grammar in all written communication. Assist customers over the phone to find the perfect product for them by offering informed & confident guidance 
  • Answer customer queries and deal with any complaints in a polite and courteous manner 
  • Finding swift solutions to problems for a positive customer experience. 
  • Consistent delivery of a high standard of customer service including online chat 
  • Proactively drive sales by storing clients’ information and requests for a style that is out of stock but coming back into stock, and advising when the style is available to buy 
  • Processing of online customer exchanges & refunds 
  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure customer orders and returns are processed efficiently.

What we are looking for: 

  • Customer service experience is essential 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Comfortable working with customers in a luxury retail environment 
  • Punctual, polite and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and to be patient with customers 
  • Polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude 
  • Ability to communicate well with customers & colleagues
