Our client, an established Membership Body based in South West London, are looking for an experienced Training Events, Webinar & Workshop Coordinator who has experience of liaising with tutors, students, facilitators as well as working closely with stakeholders and is educated to degree level. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can take ownership of the role and evolve within it, within an organisation who offer longevity.
The Role
Coordinate, implement and monitor performance standards with tutors and facilitators, and agree performance improvement goals with the Learning Manager.
Ensure all aspects of the programme tutoring are performed to agreed standards and report shortcomings and anomalies to the Learning Manager.
Oversee the administration of all Learning workshops and student events.
Identify venues for events and ensure they are booked.
Ensure students complete satisfaction sheets after workshops, analyse, and, working with the LM, implement measures for improvement.
Ensure all payments are processed, including venues and facilitators.
Oversee the development, production and dispatching of all workshop materials.
Give guidance on the pedagogical standard of study materials and presentations for workshops as directed by the LM.
Ensure that the workshop content on the online Workshops Space is up to date and the forums available to students within the agreed time frames.

The Person
- Educated to HND or degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in overseeing administrative processes and arranging workshops and events.
- Capable of working independently.
- Work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Advanced pc skills (predominantly MS Office).
Desirable
- Experience in working with distance learning / e-learning.
- Experience in working with social media, podcasts, video editing and other online media.
- Experience in working with trainers and tutors.
- Experience in assuring and assessing quality in an education / training environment.
