A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Technology Support Analyst to join the firm on a permanent basis, working the hours 1.00pm – 9.00pm. This role will be responsible for the support of PC hardware and software, diagnosing and determine appropriate course of action – duties will include assessing user issues, intermediate trouble-shooting, managing the remote computing and Citrix experience, leading the IOS setup and troubleshooting, Networking including wireless, using Voice over IP (VOIP) telephone systems, documents new findings/solutions, adhere to use of call ticketing system for each and every incident, having ticket ownership with guidelines and system usage, participating in on-call and overtime when needed, assisting with project roll-outs. Candidates must have a technical qualification, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm along with strong written, verbal and communication skills.
