Group Marketing Manager

I have a fantastic new role with a well-established, highly respected Insurance Group based in Central London, who are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to hit the ground running. This is an exciting new role within the firm and the ability for the right person to grown within the firm and make the role their own.

 
The Role

The Group Marketing Manager role is primarily supporting the Group Brand Director, a wonderful, huge character with big ideas. Your aim will be to develop the Groups Marketing Strategy and be responsible for delivery. You will be located at the London Office and at times will travel to other office locations within the UK.

Duties will Include:

• Assist and develop of the Marketing Strategy across the Group
• Taking Ownership of all Marketing activity
• Manage and develop a new CRM system for the Group
• Responsible for further development of the brand
• Manage third party agencies, will include web, design, advertising suppliers, data houses and events companies
• Creating Internal documents to help improve communication across the group operations

 
The Candidate

This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional and level-headed Group marketing Manager to make this role their own. You will have 5-8 years’ experience within Marketing, preferably from the finance world. Insurance background a bonus. Understanding of FCA registered business is important. Creative writing is an added bonus. You will be proactive, a real go-getter and be able to think for yourself. You will be able to deal with different characters within the firm. You will have excellent communications skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must. No day is ever the same.
