A reliable and enthusiastic Senior Administrator is required to join the corporate administration division within the NHS.
The Role
The Senior Administrator role is providing support within the Corporate Office, as a channel between Directors and senior management.

The Candidate
This is a great opportunity for an approachable and compassionate Senior Administrator to join a great team in a fulfilling role.
You will be adept at building and maintaining working relations across the board, from medical staff to senior management and executives. You must have experience working within a team, ideally within health care. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at managing your workload efficiently and thrive within a busy office environment.
You will be educated up to A levels, or hold a business administration qualification.

The Role
The Senior Administrator role is providing support within the Corporate Office, as a channel between Directors and senior management.
Duties include:
- Administrative support, dealing with confidential information
- Managing the Directors’ diaries – booking meetings and arranging transport
- Supervising team administrators
- Liaison between the team and key internal/ external contacts
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked within budget
- Project work, e.g. events
- Collating reports and documents, recording and distributing meeting actions
