Administration assistant
My client, an incredibly renowned charity are looking for someone to come in and assist them in an administration capacity for their fundraising team.
The Role
This particular position requires an experienced administrator to support the fundraising team. The role will require handling of correspondence, processing donations, tracking projects supported and the funds raised, as well as providing support across the unit.
Key responsibilities include:
This is a temporary position initially, however if things go well this could be formalised into a permanent arrangement.
The Candidate
The successful administration assistant will be someone with a proven track record of providing administrative support. They must strong communication skills both face to face and via written mediums. The role is very fast paced, so the candidate needs to have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy workload as well as remain calm under pressure.
The candidate should have a high level of competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally fundraising databases.
Knowledge of the fundraising sector would be very beneficial.
We are looking for someone passionate, enthusiastic and not afraid to help out where required in order to assist the team.
