Bi-lingual English-French EA - Private Equity

Role: Bi-lingual English-French EA - Private Equity
Location: West End
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: 9:00-5:30pm

We are looking for a Bi-lingual English-French EA to join a highly professional Private Equity firm in the West End.

You will be providing administrative support to the head of Private Equity and senior members of the London team.

 Your duties will include: 

• Extensive diary management to the Head of Private Equity
• Scheduling meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
• Liaising between the London and Montreal head office, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Meeting and greeting high profile clients
• Arranging international travel for the team  

 
The desired candidate will have at least 2-3 years PA experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent proficiency of English and French both written and spoken is essential.

The successful candidate will have a highly professional and discrete manner and have a real 'can do' attitude working well within a hard-working team.
