Our client based near Tower Bridge are hiring a Team Administrator; who will take on a 50/50 role, which will include covering Reception, being front of house for the company, and also being the PA to the senior director.

THE CLIENT:

DUTIES:
PA
- Diary management Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Weekly timesheets and monthly expense claims
- On and off-site meeting arrangement including catering and restaurant reservations
- Liaise with external clients and their PAs directly as directed
- Meet and greet visitors
- Preparing presentations for Board meetings
Reception
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering incoming calls, transferring them and taking messages in a professional manner
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Managing inboxes of meeting rooms, ensuring that there are no clashes
- Managing all supplies necessary for the smooth running of the office
THE PERSON:
- 2 A levels or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of a front-of-house role
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Organised and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to use InDesign or similar desirable
