We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to a successful surveying firm in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Managing Director.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a small surveying firm, the team is small and everyone gets along really great - they also bring their dogs to the office! They regularly do social events and help each other when needed. Some years the team even go on international summer and winter trips together to Spain, France and Italy.

What you will be doing?

You will be taking on a maternity cover contract from the Managing Directors current PA. In this role you'll act as a gatekeeper, assist with diary and inbox management as well as booking UK wide travel for the MD. You will be responding to emails from clients, dealing with them directly on the phone and helping do some reporting.

This role will initially be a 6 month contract and will roll on month by month if needed after the initial 6 months.

About you?

Our client has a great company culture and they are looking for someone who will be able to fit in and help out when needed. You will have at least 2-5 years working as a Personal Assistant. You must have experience liaising with clients and have a great telephone manner.

You must be able to have a good attitude, be friendly and must be okay with dogs as there will be up to three dogs in the office at times!
