We are Oxford HR – a global executive search consultancy working with NGOs and international development organisations.

We’re currently working with a leading development organisation focused on Africa, and need a French speaking Team Leader and three French speaking HR administrators to help us on a large recruitment project we’re undertaking in west Africa.

You’ll need to be highly organised, have meticulous attention to detail and ideally some basic HR knowledge. An interest in the international development sector is advantageous.

This is likely to run for up to six months and is based in Oxford, although some home working is possible. Competitive hourly rate, and a great team of people doing world changing stuff.
