EA (Investment Banking exp)

Morgan McKinley has an exciting new EA job opportunity working within a fast paced Investment firm based in the City. The main purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide executive support to the Head of Investment Banking as well as some other members of the team.

Please note: Candidates must have proven EA . PA exec support experience working within Investment Banking

Duties and responsibilities include:-

• Extensive liaison with clients and setting up meetings
• Heavy calendar management; internal/external meetings and conference calls (between multiple time zones)
• Coordinating a high volume of international and domestic travel
• Processing visa requests for international business travel
• Dealing with expenses
• Manage supplies, office bookings, and guests for other office location
• Manage team offsite event planning including budgeting and venue selection
• Management of incoming calls
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Data entry, manipulation, and analysis in Excel
• Preparing legal documents for execution, delivery, and submission
• Preparing printouts of meeting materials

Skills and qualifications required for the role:-

• Extensive prior experience in an Executive Support - Administrative role in a financial services - Investement firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Pro-active team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude
