PA to Chairman and CEO - Boutique Consultancy - City

Dynamic and independent global think tank based in the City are looking for a graduate EA to come on board to look after the Managing Director and Chairman.  Typical duties include complex travel itineraries and business packs, diary management, liaising at all levels, meeting organisation, events and gatekeeping.  This is a busy role and really does require a proactive candidate who is able to manage a forever changing workload.   Ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.  We are looking for an excellent communicatior who has a good understanding of diplomatic language.  You must be able to work under pressure and will enjoy managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.  Flawless attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work flexibly and successfully across teams and hierarchies and build relationships at all levels.   You must be well presented and professional with a business mind.  Proven experience in a similar role is essential.  ASAP start.
