Team Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant to work for a wonderful client of ours based in the heart of the West End.  As the Team Assistant, you will be responsible for their Front of House; meeting and greeting guests and liaising with people at all levels and therefore you must have excellent communication and written skills. They are looking for a TA who is used to managing an extremely complex diary and is happy to liaise with people at all levels whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism as their Front of House Manager. This is a fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist/ Team Assistant to challenge themselves within a wonderfully friendly and vibrant setting. It is a creative company where the Team Assistant will be well respected and valued as an integral part of the company. You must have excellent MS office skills, at least one year of experience and be willing to juggle many different balls whilst working with diligence and precision.
