KMK are delighted to be working with a leading business consultancy who are offering someone the opportunity to step into HR as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Working along side a senior HR Manager you will undertaking all payroll and benefits related administration including liaison with the online benefits company and payroll services for the UK staff, setting up new starters, updating employee records and reconciling monthly pension contributions. The role will also involve payroll administration relating to the overseas companies which currently includes Poland and South Africa.

If you are looking to develop a career in HR this could be the first step, you will need to have strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator both written and spoken, any previous payroll experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential. In return you will join a fun and friendly HR team who will offer you guidance and training along with career development.
