Full time Personal Assistant role available for a Global Beauty Brand!

Seeking Expectational PAs!

This is an Exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant based in South London to support the Vice President of the beauty brand.

You must be a highly professional PA that enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic commercial environment.

Please only apply if you have supported at a senior level and can travel to South London!

Key tasks & candidate requirements

•             Creating PowerPoint presentations

•             Complex diary management (across time zones)

•             International travel

•             Expenses, purchases orders

•             Organising lunches/catering and team meetings

•             Take calls/messages, respond to emails, open and check post and pass on

•             When required deal with any personal issues/paperwork

•             Responsible for recording holiday and sickness information for the Corporate office

•             Responsible for stationery, incoming and outgoing mail

         

You will be the required to have the following

•             An interest in the fashion industry is essential

•             Must hold a presentable, polished and confident attitude

•             Ability to work well under pressure and towards deadlines

•             Previous PA experience is essential

•             Supported at Senior level

•             Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

•             Interest in digital media

•             Media savvy

•             It is key that the individuals have ‘can do’ – ‘hands on approach’ and work as a team with the other EA’s/PA’s supporting

•             Previous solid PA experience required, potentially within a marketing/creative environment.

You will be the required to have the following

•             Formal secretarial/office administrative qualifications and sound understanding of office procedures at a senior level.

•             Previous experience working at senior Board level in a large corporate, fast-paced environment.

•             Ability to use initiative, pre-empt requests, be proactive and to think ahead

•             Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously

•             Excellent Microsoft Office skills and speeds – especially Outlook

•             Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of Business

•             Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative

•             Confidentiality and an eye for detail

•             Able to communicate remotely

•             Ability to remain calm and unflappable whilst prioritising high levels of workload

•             An interest in the fashion and retail  industry is essential

•             Must hold a presentable, polished and confident attitude
