Personal Assistant

An extremely prestigious client based in stunning offices near Victoria station, is looking for a polished and established personal assistant to join their client facing team. This company has a fantastic company culture and renowned for its friendly working environment. With a very low staff turnover and progression possibility, this company is very sought after for ambitious people who want to be part of an amazing team.  

Duties include;

• Diary management to a small team of Asset Managers
• Being an integral part of the team
• Having a good grasp of the industry and strong knowledge on the company
• Booking international travel across multiple time zones
• Processing expenses 
• Booking internal and external meetings 
• Liaising with other PAs in different businesses, making inter office friendships
• Producing itineraries 
• General administration duties 

Skills required;

• Confident and able to work under pressure
• 3-6 yrs experience
• Intelligent and energetic
• Previous professional services experience (ideally asset mgmt)
• A University degree is desirable but not essential
• A desire to achieve
