Some successful people reach a stage where they catapult into their very own stratosphere, and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to suggest that this highly regarded gentleman and UHNWI, now operates in a league of his own.
Working as his Executive Assistant could possibly be the pinnacle of your career; however, the role is only for you if you are ready for a challenge and experienced at operating at this incredibly high level.
Calm and discreet are essential qualities if you are to flourish in this role. You will absolutely have worked for demanding or difficult individuals before, and you will pride yourself in remaining fair and approachable at all times.
With a high level of emotional intelligence, you will understand and acknowledge that successful people are all different, and extreme personalities can bring complex challenges to the table.
Certain process and procedure will be high on the agenda, as this Principal likes things to be done exactly the way he chooses. You must be willing to learn his favoured methods, and to deliver the impeccable levels of attention to detail that he requires.
You will be expected to hit the ground running, and at times requests or tasks may seem extreme, but it is in these moments that your professionalism (and possibly your thick skin) may come to the fore, as you aim to deliver whatever the circumstances.
This role will combine both Private and Business based support, however the emphasis will be on Private. Projects will include extensive property investment and management, as well as planning of social engagements and philanthropy.
Your time will be split between London properties and the Principal’s main place of work, where you will be surrounded by an excellent team and support network.
Please note: In order to be considered for this role you MUST be a graduate, and ideally from an Oxbridge or Russell Group background.
