With two central London offices, this high-flying firm is a market leader in its’ specialism, and they now need to recruit a Graduate Administrator to join the team. Reporting to an outstanding Office Manager, you will become her right-hand person, as together you ensure that both offices run smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties could include everything to preparing presentations and Investor packs, through to running errands and fetching lunches. You will need strong Microsoft skills, be confident that you can tackle any administrative task and be keen to learn.

Most importantly, you will be a quick-thinking person who can act on your own initiative. At times you will take responsibility for the second office, so when given a list of critical tasks, the Office Manager needs to know she can rely on you.

Equally, you will also be an excellent communicator. You will be exposed to the Senior Directors of this firm who will expect you to be sharp and switched on. This will be your chance to prove that you have what it takes to succeed, and for the right person, the prospects are exceptional.
