Administrator in the finance sector where accuracy and time management is vital! Experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage.

This is an interesting and challenging opportunity and offers the chance to join a very credible organisation in their risk and assurance team where the ability to deal with a heavy workload and spot on attention to detail is essential.

You will be supporting the maintenance of team documentation and all record keeping requirements including, scanning, printing, filing.  Following up tasks on behalf of the team with internal and external parties.  Arranging secure transfer of information as appropriate e. g. to individuals at all levels within the business and external stakeholders. Support with the preparation, production and circulation of routine meeting documentation e.g. meeting packs, agendas, actions etc. Organising meetings and booking travel arrangements for the team. 

You will alert the team to upcoming tasks and deadlines and produce regular and ad-hoc management information.

Previous admin experience within a busy office, good experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and the ability to create, amend and manage documentation- this coupled with your organisational skills will make you a great candidate for this role.
