A global consultancy with an exceptional name in their field and extensive success with well known brands is seeking a proactive and hugely motivated Recruitment Administrator who will be relied on to work in a truly collaborative, supportive and hard working team where your contribution is acknowledged. This role has candidate liaison so gravitas and the ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this highly desirable role. Supporting the Graduate recruitment teams with an array of administrative duties this role will make full use of your strong organisational skills; you are meticulous in all you do and take pride on delivering work of an outstandingly high standard.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with the organisation and planning of each recruitment programme
  • Maintaining records for all new hires; ensuring they are updated at all times
  • Handling recruitment enquiries and being a gatekeeper for the Graduate recruitment teams
  • Assisting with advertising, liaising with Universities, targeted emails and preparing marketing materials
  • Coordinate all logistics for all events; sourcing and booking venues, travel booking for the team, catering planning, attending events and representing the brand as well as feedback collection
  • Assist with all applications for roles; tracking candidates through the process, ensuring records are updated, CV screening for the interviewing team, assist with booking all interviews which will include meeting/greeting candidates an ensuring the receive a positive recruitment experience

You would describe yourself as someone with excellent interpersonal skills, someone who is proactive, confident and motivated with a genuine interest in people. Experience of working in a demanding administration role where you are handling a high and varied volume of administration would be welcomed for this role!

Core hours are 9-5 although there will be flexibility especially during peak recruiting times.
