Our Client a Leading International Law firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work alone side some of the top legal minds in the business.
This individual will provide paralegal support, to the team to ensure lawyers are fully supported in paralegal and administrative functions. You will help lawyers by investigating facts, researching laws and regulations, and preparing and maintaining legal documents. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are a must. The role will also entail drafting and ensuring execution of all legal documents. There will be a key focus on translation of legal documents in Arabic-English / English-Arabic and also other general administration duties such as updating the database, monthly reporting, ad-hoc reports.
The ideal candidate must have a law degree and experience with document management and working with document management software. You will have exceptional analysing and drafting skills with good clerical and administrative skills and have the ability to handle pressure well, understanding the importance of deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a MUST and ideally will already be based in the region.
Competitive salary package, depending on experience.
