 Person:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous Corporate Reception experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent written skills 
  • Positive and flexible approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Extremely organised
  • Well presented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to cope well under pressure
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office software including Word and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise work

Role:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Make refreshments throughout the day for visitors
  • Diary management
  • Booking and managing multiple meeting rooms
  • Franking outgoing mail
  • Organising local couriers
  • Manage all incoming deliveries
  • Tidy and maintain meeting and Reception area
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc needed
