The chance to work for a global footwear company with their Customer Service team. This is an exciting role for someone looking to get their foot in the door within a head office environment.

Client Details

Products worn by the likes of Blu Ivy, Harper Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow and Uma Thurman, this exciting footwear brand has been around for over 70years.

Description

  • Responsible for answering calls in a timely manner to maximise service levels.

  • Answer questions effectively in accordance with company guidelines using own judgement.

  • Requires consideration on how decisions can impact other departments

  • Tracking deliveries and arrange re-delivery of parcels that have been returned to Company by liaising with the warehouse staff

  • Ensure that details of all procedures and programmes are kept up-to-date within the department by liaising with other departments

  • Excellence in accurate administration activities

Profile

  • Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint. Also, have the ability to learn and fully understand the in-house computer system (full training will be provided on this)
  • Must have clear & precise communication skills
  • Understanding of Customer Relations environment and the importance of 100% service with a positive 'Can do Attitude'
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, but equally be independent in thought process and judgement. To effectively liaise with other departments to obtain information.
