Personal Assistant (PA) to CFO

Temp role based in the West End


Hays are currently recruiting on behalf of a FTSE listed property firm who are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their CFO. This is a 4 month temporary position starting in September.

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the CFO (board member). This job would suit a highly experienced PA/EA who is immediately available to start their next role. In order to be successful, you must have experience supporting at C-Suite level, ideally in a FTSE 100 company.

Key duties:

• Extensive diary management, coordinating, prioritising and delegating where appropriate
• Booking and attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points
• Managing documents, putting together packs and presentations, meeting papers and action points
• Being the first point of contact for all matters relating to the CFO, including calls, correspondence and emails
• Organising itineraries for domestic and international travel
• Creating reports, documents and letters
• Organise internal events
• Managing expenses, invitations, proof reading documents
• Work closely with multiple other PAs and EAs throughout the business
