‘We have just got a fabulous new role in! Our client is looking for an Office Manager/EA to come and support the CEO of a very interesting Company based in central London. This is a really meaty role with a wide variety of roles for you to get involved with.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing complex diaries across different time zones
  • Planning extensive multi-trip travel itineraries, planning and co-ordinating business travel and accommodation
  • Recording and processing expense claims
  • Being a point of contact for visitors
  • Office Management tasks as required
  • Arranging social activities for the office as required (e.g. Christmas Lunch)
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role

For this role, the ideal candidate will be the experience of working at a senior level/Board level with a high attention to detail as well as a good understanding of Office packages, including Microsoft Word and Outlook. If you could see yourself in this role, send us your CV now!
