Account Management/Sales role in tech start up - perfect for recent Graduates!

We are looking for recent graduates for Account Management/Sales roles in a Tech start up based in East London. The role required great phone manner, excellent customer service and some sales experience. The role will give you the opportunity to be part of a growing start up. 

Role description:

• Communicate effectively and in timely fashion with all internal and external clients and partners.
• Use software, systems, and reporting tools effectively.
• Field client and partner communications and respond or distribute appropriately.
• Participate in and support other projects as needed.
• Manage contract negotiations
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
• Help us build best practices for your sales team

Requirements:

• 2:1 Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline
• Clear and persuasive communicator
• Confident on the phone and thinking on your feet
• Highly motivated to learn new skills
• Able to quickly build rapport with new customers
• Excited to contribute to our working environment and team culture.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively when needed
• Inquisitive about ways to help us grow
• Can switch your mind to new tasks quickly
