Temp Receptionist needed for ad hoc days for a creative Investment company

A sought after Investment company which invests in to film and media require regular reception cover on their busy reception desk. This is a great company to work for and requires regular reception cover all year round.

Ideal candidate:

• Someone with Outlook experience
• Someone who will use initiative to complete a task
• Someone well presented and enthusiastic about their job
• Happy to muck-in and take on other duties delegated to them

Job Role:

• Answering emails and phones
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Managing the meeting rooms and booking in meetings

It will pay £12 an hour and hours are either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm
