Our client, a leading American investment firm with an office in London, are seeking an experienced EA to provide full support to two Senior MDs.

This is a busy PA role where a robust set of organisational skills will be utilised on a daily basis and where the PA will interact across all levels and will need to offer strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will range from:

• Heavy diary and meeting management between multiple time zones
• Organising international and domestic travel
• Gatekeeping and managing incoming calls
• Processing expenses
• Preparing meeting materials including creating PowerPoint presentations
• Updating of information on Excel and other internal databases

Previous experience supporting in a financial services firm is essential for this role as is strong proficiency in the MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Furthermore the ability to juggle a number of priorities to tight deadlines is also needed.

Salary is competitive paying in the range of £45 - 55K depending on experience.
