Our company is a very exciting, international leader in medical technology, based in Oxford. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO and Board / Office Support manager.
For this role, we need someone who is passionate, hard-working and organised and can really hit the ground running
Duties will include:
Complex international travel arrangements
To support the CEO, Company Secretary, and Chair of the Board
To build strong relationships with collaborators and their PA’s
Creating Powerpoint presentations
Diary Management for CEO and team
To manage communications, monitor emails, post and taking calls
Being aware of everything that is going on in the office in order to ensure smooth running
Synchronising the team and management of team assistants
