Part Time 25 hours - Temp to Perm - £28k pro rata - Office Assistant

A privately owned, home care business is looking for a part time Office Assistant/Office Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. In brand new offices near Angel station this is an exciting time to join a growing company and the perfect opportunity for someone looking to work 25 hours over 5 days.

You will be based on reception and duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing and looking after meeting rooms
  • Booking meetings, appointments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing incoming mail, emails and calls
  • General admin support to the wider team
  • General Office maintenance
  • Ensuring the reception area is maintained and welcoming

You will have previous experience supporting a team in an Administrative capacity; you will be approachable, articulate and have the ability to work on your own using initiative.
