We are looking for an exceptional EA, who is searching for the next step in their career, to support the CEO of a global construction company at an exciting point of their development.  The successful EA will be used to supporting a senior individual of a multinational company and be able to assist during a period of fast growth.  This company is developing hugely and they have an ambition growth plan, as his EA you will act as a true right hand person and assist with a variety of business and personal projects.  Therefore, you will be polished and used to being client facing whilst have the attitude that no job is too big or small.  This CEO is constantly travelling therefore you will act as a linchpin and be his gatekeeper with tasks including; managing his extremely busy and ever-changing diary, arranging complex international travel arrangements, arranging visas, taking notes in meetings, typing from dictation, putting together Board packs, organising events including Board meetings and additional EA tasks as required.  In addition, they are looking for a friendly and positive EA who is extremely detail orientated, self-sufficient and easily builds strong working relationships.  The company has a strong culture and everyone is extremely passionate about the work they do, this is an exciting opportunity for a EA who can become a part of this successful team.
