PA/Second Jobber to International Executive Search / Family Office – Private Equity – Hedge Fund

A fantastic opportunity for a first class PA with a minimum of one years’ experience to join this young, small vibrant team in a fast paced and busy office based in South Kensington.

A very small financial solutions company based in the City is looking for switched on and bright PA. You will be supporting multiple individuals within the senior management team with diary, travel and expenses. However, as this is a smaller unstructured company you will also be required to provide general administrative and data entry support. This is a very much a role that has an endless amount of opportunities and if desired, you can have the opportunity to get involved in more responsibilities such as marketing, HR etc. .. This role would be suited to someone who is articulate, ambitious and comfortable being based in a smaller, busy , environment. Therefore, it is important that the PA demonstrates a muck in attitude and approachable nature. This role is requiring a confident and proactive Junior PA who is comfortable taking direction.
