An amazing opportunity exists for an experienced Office and Operations Executive within a small office environment to join this interior design boutique. Based in stunning offices in London’s west end the business manages the most beautiful luxury interior design concepts for its UNHW clientele.
This is a “right hand person” role and you are the first operational person into the business. Your role is to organise and oversee the daily operations, project manage the designers, support the CEO with light PA duties, set up systems and undertake finance administration. You will manage procurement processes, manage relationships with external partners and vendors and oversee client support processes.
You will have 3 years + operational and office management experience preferably in an interior design or property environment and preferably in a start up business. You are exceptionally well organised, beautifully polished and well spoken as this role is hugely ambassadorial in content and you will be the face of the business. You will have meticulously high standards and phenomenal attention to detail.
