A great opportunity to join a leading consultancy who are looking to recruit an Analyst based in their London office.  Assisting client teams with large scale projects, we are looking for an individual that is able to translate complex data to solve organisations’ talent and business issues through qualitative and quantitative research methods. 

• Conducting research in order to form insights into client’s culture, leaderships strengths and gaps
• Bringing data to life and telling the story behind analysis
• Challenging the client team to deliver work that is rigorous, robust and relevant
• Carrying out discrete evaluation and validation studies for important client interventions; as defined by client teams
• Gathering data on organisations and industry trends to assist with new business development
• Contributing to proposal writing and project design for new work

The pace of this role is incredibly fast and would suit someone who has gained 2 years within the commercial world with a solid academic record, first class research skills with strong MS Office skills, including Excel (v-look ups, macros, pivot tables)
